Southwestern Ontario’s premier boutique hotel has been recognized for its restoration work and for being a model of development in downtown Chatham. The Retro Suites Hotel was presented with the “Bricks and Mortar” Project Award by the Ontario BIA Association as part of the OBIAA’s annual conference in Collingwood. The first-ever award aims to highlight successful construction projects and to encourage cooperation between BIAs and private developers in Ontario.
